As Filigran’s first Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in building the systems, processes, and insights that power our global marketing efforts.
This is both strategic and hands-on: we’re looking for a data-driven, process-minded operator who thrives in a fast-growing B2B tech environment and wants to make a real impact.
You’ll help us scale our marketing engine — optimizing workflows, ensuring data integrity, and unlocking actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize our marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, website, and analytics tools
Build and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, lead flow, and marketing-sourced pipeline
Own the lead lifecycle — scoring, routing, attribution — in close collaboration with Demand Generation and Sales
Ensure data integrity and governance across all marketing and CRM systems
Support campaign execution with best-in-class workflows, forms, and tracking
Document and continuously improve internal processes for operational efficiency and scalability
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Ops, and the broader Marketing team to align on funnel metrics and GTM strategy
Evaluate and recommend new tools and solutions to support marketing growth and performance
You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with:
Demand Gen & Digital Marketing
Sales Ops
The wider Sales & Revenue team
Legal & Data Privacy teams (where relevant)
8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS / Tech
Deep familiarity with HubSpot (or similar MAP), CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools
Strong understanding of lead management, attribution, and funnel metrics
Analytical thinker with a passion for improving processes, performance, and scalability
Comfortable working in a remote-first, async-driven team
Strong sense of autonomy, ownership, and collaborative mindset
