We are looking for a Product Designer to work on Filigran’s Hub and actively contribute to the evolution of our Design System.
This role combines hands-on product design with system thinking. You will help improve design consistency across products while owning UX/UI topics on the Hub — a key platform connecting Filigran’s tools.
You will work closely with the Head of Design in a strong collaboration and mentorship setup, with real room to grow in system-level design.
Own UX/UI topics for the Hub
Design features, flows, and improvements from problem to delivery
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers
Ensure usability and design quality within your scope
Actively contribute to the Design System implementation (components, patterns, documentation)
Work in close partnership with the Head of Design on system evolution
Identify UI inconsistencies and UX/UI debt across products
Support adoption of shared patterns and components
Pay attention to user signals coming from the product or internal teams
Contribute to lightweight discovery or feedback initiatives when relevant
Help connect platform-level insights to design decisions
The Head of Design, who leads the Design System strategy and overall UX vision

Internal stakeholders across Filigran’s products
4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
Strong UI and interaction design skills
Experience working with or contributing to a Design System
Ability to work autonomously with guidance and collaboration
Structured, pragmatic, and curious mindset
Front-end sensibility or basic coding knowledge
Experience working on platforms or multi-product environments
Interest in usability, consistency, and design quality </aside>
