We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager – APJ & ME to join our Marketing team and drive strategic growth in the region. Your mission is to generate pipeline, elevate brand visibility, and strengthen partnerships by leading impactful regional initiatives. You'll work closely with Sales, Channel, and Global Marketing to deliver programs that fuel Filigran's Asian expansion.
Own and execute the field marketing strategy for APJ in alignment with Sales and Channel goals
Plan, manage, and execute regional events (trade shows, conferences, webinars), including logistics, promotion, and follow-up
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and associations to increase Filigran’s market presence
Localize content and messaging for specific verticals, buyer personas, and market dynamics
Ensure consistency and alignment between field programs and global campaigns
Measure and report on pipeline contribution, lead generation, and ROI of marketing activities
Manage the APJ field marketing budget to optimize impact and resource allocation
Reports to the Head of Growth Marketing
Works closely with the Sales and Channel.
No direct reports to start, but potential to grow into a team leadership role
5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing/events management
Experience working in tech or cybersecurity industry
Comfortable in a fully remote and async-first environment
Strong project management and execution skills; detail-oriented and organized
Experience with regional event planning, campaign execution, and marketing automation tools
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and partner-facing skills
Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Bonus: Experience working in a high-growth scale up or global marketing org
