We’re looking for a Customer Platform Architect Manager to lead our global team of Customer Platform Architects (CPAs) and ensure we deliver world-class technical guidance to our customers.
You will be responsible for defining the vision of the CPA function, ensuring high-quality delivery across regions (NA, EMEA, APJ), and acting as both a leader and a mentor for a highly technical and globally distributed team.
This role bridges deep infrastructure expertise with strong leadership skills, enabling Filigran to scale its support for complex on-premise deployments while maintaining consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Define and drive the vision for the CPA function, ensuring consistent quality of service across all regions.
Lead and mentor a global team of CPAs, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development.
Ensure operational excellence by standardizing methodologies, documentation, and best practices for on-prem deployments, health checks, and infrastructure consulting.
Abstract and simplify complex technical concepts, enabling both customers and internal stakeholders to understand and adopt recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, Engineering, Support) to align customer needs with Filigran’s product capabilities.
Act as an escalation point for strategic customers and the most complex infrastructure challenges.
Continuously improve processes and knowledge sharing, ensuring scalability of the CPA function and alignment with Filigran’s growth.
You will report to the VP of Customer Success EMEA.
Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, Platform teams, and Support.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
A remote, globally distributed team with members in North America, EMEA, and APJ.
Summarize the key qualifications, skills, and mindset expected:
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, or related fields.
Proven experience as a team manager/leader, ideally across distributed, multicultural teams.
Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Background in customer-facing technical roles.
Ability to simplify complex technical topics and provide clear abstractions for non-specialist stakeholders.
Fluent in both French and English.
Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment, with strong autonomy and ownership.
Bonus: Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.
