The role of the Customer Platform Architect is essential to ensure proper sizing of the infrastructure for new on-premise customers, to adapt deployments to specific technological and security contexts, and to guarantee the reliability of this infrastructure in supporting our customers’ threat management operations.
Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs.
Manage customers infrastructure issues: Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure.
Conduct platform health checks: Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements.
Ensure technical documentation of the architecture: Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders.
