As an associate FP&A Analyst, you will support the Finance team in maintaining and improving our financial models, producing reliable budget vs. actual reporting, and driving a structured performance cadence with business leaders.
You will be responsible for updating the budget and the actuals, proposing improvements to our models, and scheduling and running regular variance review meetings with department leaders to understand drivers, risks, and corrective actions
1) Financial modeling & planning support
Update and maintain core FP&A models.
Ensure models are accurate, well-structured, and auditable.
Propose and implement improvements to model structure, drivers, and processes.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate recurring tasks.
2) Budget vs. actual reporting & variance analysis
Produce monthly budget vs. actual reporting packs by department/cost centers.
Analyze variances and identify causes.
3) Business partnering & performance cadence
Own the operational cadence for performance reviews with the department leaders.
Build strong working relationships with our stakeholders.
You will report to the VP of Finance.
You will work closely with department leaders.
You’ll collaborate closely with the accounting team.
2– 4 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit, corporate finance or a similarly analytical role.
Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas; comfortable building, maintaining, and stress-testing models) and familiarity with other automation tools.
Ability to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders and to run meetings with a confident, pragmatic approach.
Strong organization skills: planning, follow-ups, and documentation.
High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement attitude.
Fluent in English
