🔮 About us - Easy collaboration for fair compensation decisions
Created in October 2020 by Virgile & Bastien, Figures is Europe’s leading compensation management platform, helping companies to make fair and efficient salary decisions.
We do that by providing them with reliable up-to-date (real-time) compensation data and the right tooling to manage their compensation process and get rid of spreadsheets.
As of today, we are a team of around 25 people, helping 800 companies all over Europe (with France, the UK and Germany being our core markets). We raised €6.8m in September 2022 to accelerate our expansion.
Our goal is now two-fold:
Cement our position as the main European compensation platform.
Continue to expand our product to compensation management as a whole - We’ve launched our new Compensation Review module this year, learn more about it here 🙌, and there’s a lot more to come with our new Pay Equity module coming soon.
Here is a short video about our product ✨
🛠️ Your role
At Figures, we believe compensation should be more than just numbers on a spreadsheet. It’s about fairness, strategy, and helping companies build teams that thrive.
As an Account Manager, your role isn’t just to sell. It’s to partner with HR leaders, helping them make smarter decisions about compensation that align with their goals and values. By understanding their challenges and offering meaningful solutions, you’ll make a real impact on how they approach one of their most critical responsibilities.
More Than a Sales Role
This role is about connection and collaboration. You’ll work closely with our product team, sharing insights from the field to ensure our tools genuinely meet our customers’ needs. Your feedback will help shape Figures’ roadmap, keeping us aligned with what matters most to the people we serve.
Building Relationships and Community
Beyond managing accounts, you’ll help create something bigger: a space where compensation leaders can share ideas, learn from one another, and grow together. Your work will foster trust, engagement, and a sense of belonging among our customers.
We’re here to support our customers in delivering the best compensation offers — ones that are fair, transparent, and impactful. And we’ll give you the tools and support you need to make that happen.
Concretely your missions will be:
As the sole Account Manager at Figures you are fully dedicated to
renewals of our existing accounts in France and International markets
and expansion (upsell/cross-sell), as you’ll have to work hand-in-hand with the CS team to identify growth opportunities in your portfolio to push Figures’ expansion forward
You’ll handle a portfolio of 300+ accounts and will work in close collaboration with Chloé (Head of Sales), the sales and CS teams.
Product roadmap: you’ll leverage clients’ feedback to suggest new product features. You’ll identify customer needs and work closely with the product team to add them to our roadmap.
💰 Compensation & Perks 🎁
You can find all details about our compensation policy here.
1. On-market salary. We target the market’s 50th percentile using data from the best benchmark on the market. Here’s the description of our levels.
👉🏼 The estimated salary for an intermediate level based in France, is between
€43100 (base) + €18400 (variable)
and €67 000 (base) + €28 700 (variable)
2. Above-market equity. We allocate 14% of our company towards employee grants, which is considerably above market practices (the average equity pool size is a bit less than 10%).
3. Company incentive program (profit sharing plan).
👉🏼 We believe in a collective sharing of Figures’ success. The purpose of this bonus is to associate employees collectively with the results and/or performance of the company.
👉🏼 The bonus potential is €3,000.
4. Above-market benefits & perks.
We’ve been Flexified, so you can trust that we’re a truly flexible workplace. More details here!
