We’re usually looking for people:

• Looking for a different culture focusing on autonomy and ambition.

• Profiles with a background in UX Design, UX Research, consulting, product ownership, sales, account management and marketing.

• With at least 3 years of experience.

• Interested in UX for Good: digital sobriety, accessibility, inclusivity, ethics.

• Experience in eco-conception, green UX, accessibility in design or ethical design.

• Scouting interview: meet & greet over the phone for 30 minutes.

• Interview preparation: use cases.

• Meet up and interview with Ferpection team for 2h video conference.

• Referrals.

• Final debrief together and hopefully the beginning of a beautiful collaboration :)
