Favikon is a B2B SaaS platform that helps brands identify, analyze, and activate creators with real influence. We work with startups, scaleups, and global brands to professionalize influencer marketing through data, partnerships, and community-led growth.
Partnerships and events are a core growth lever at Favikon. This role sits at the center of that engine.
We’re looking for a Partnerships & Events Intern to support the execution of our creator and partner ecosystem.
This is not a passive or observational internship. You’ll work directly with the Partnerships & Events lead on real initiatives across:
Creator partnerships
Community activations
Events and IRL moments
Partner communications and ops
If you like structure, ownership, and seeing things go from idea to execution, you’ll do well here.
Partnerships & Creator Ops
Support onboarding and activation of creators, agencies, and partners
Help coordinate co-marketing initiatives (posts, AMAs, webinars, content moments)
Track partner activity, engagement, and performance in internal tools
Help keep partner documentation, assets, and workflows up to date
Assist with follow-ups and partner communications
Events & Activations
Support planning and execution of events (online and IRL)
Coordinate logistics such as guest lists, schedules, assets, and speakers
Help prepare run-of-show documents and post-event recaps
Assist with creator and partner outreach related to events
Community & Reporting
Monitor community questions and route them appropriately
Help compile weekly summaries on partner and event activity
Surface insights, friction points, or opportunities you notice
Must-have
Strong written communication in English (French is a plus)
Highly organized and reliable
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
Curious about the creator economy, partnerships, or events
Not afraid to ask questions and propose improvements
Nice-to-have
Experience with creators, communities, or events
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, AI tools
Interest in marketing, partnerships, or startup operations
How partnerships actually operate inside a fast-moving SaaS company
How creator programs are structured, activated, and measured
How events are used as a growth and trust lever
How to communicate with creators, agencies, and senior stakeholders
How to execute under real constraints and deadlines
This role is a strong stepping stone toward partnerships, marketing, community, or event roles.
High ownership, low ego
Clear expectations and feedback
High execution and learning
AI-friendly, but thinking matters
You’ll be trusted with real responsibility
