Full-time | Paris, Cannes or Hybrid
We’re looking for someone early in their career who can grow into owning content across three initiatives: our Partner Program, our creator club, and Brand Partnerships. You’ll work directly with Elena (head of Strategic Partnerships) and Sarthak (head of Marketing) to learn strategy while executing hands-on: shooting and editing video, designing graphics in Canva, and helping coordinate trainees.
What you’ll actually do
Create content across formats:
Shoot, edit, and post artistic Instagram/Youtube/TikTok content for our creator club (think exclusive, aspirational, anti-corporate luxury vibes)
Design scroll-stopping carousels, graphics, and video content in Canva
Produce LinkedIn and X content for Partner Program and Brand Partnerships (sharp, human, zero jargon)
Host and present video content on camera
Edit long-form and short-form video for multiple platforms
Learn strategy (with Elena):
Help build content calendars and messaging frameworks for each initiative
Contribute ideas for narrative arcs that differentiate Partner Program, the Creator Club, and Brand Partnerships
Track what’s working and suggest improvements based on performance
Support team coordination:
Work with Cade (content) and Sam (social media) to keep execution moving
Help build simple systems so content stays organized
Keep everyone on timeline and maintain quality standards
You’re probably a fit if:
You can design clean, eye-catching graphics in Canva
You speak English fluently (oral and written)
You’re comfortable (or willing to get comfortable) on camera hosting/presenting video content
You know how to shoot and edit decent video for social (iPhone is fine, just needs to look good)
You spend real time on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X and understand what performs on each
You write like a human, not a corporate press release
You’re organized and can build basic processes without overcomplicating things
You move fast, learn from feedback, and ship even when it’s not perfect
1-3 years of content creation experience (internships count)
Bonus points:
Any B2B/SaaS content experience
Knowledge of French, Spanish and Portuguese
Basic motion graphics or animation skills
Photography skills and gear knowledge
Portfolio showing you can maintain consistent aesthetic across different content types

Success in 90 days / 6 months:
90 days: You’re executing content independently across all three initiatives, Elena trusts your judgment on day-to-day decisions, team coordination is smooth
6 months: You’re contributing strategic ideas that get implemented, content quality is consistently high, you’re starting to manage more of the team workflow yourself
