Before FairMoney, Laurin used to be the CEO of Le Studio VC, a venture capital fund and startup studio in Paris for 3 years.

Prior to this Laurin had cofounded nutrigo, a food delivery startup in Sweden. Laurin graduated in finance from Sciences Po Paris, and Corporate Law at the Hague University.

Next to work Laurin loves Martial Arts, travel, particularly in Africa and Asia and spiritual activities like meditation.

Graduate from École polytechnique, Matthieu began his career as lead developer at PriceMatch (bought by booking.com in 2015).

He then co-founded MyMicrogravity with the goal of helping industries to carry out scientific experiments on the International Space Station.

When he is not working, Matthieu is always ready for a babyfoot or a good beer (which he tries to brew himself).

Passionate about data and innovation, Xiaoyu sharpened her analytics skills by running her own eCommerce business in China and working as analyst in two French startups. She joined FairMoney as business analyst after graduating from EDHEC Business School where she started her new career challenges. Today, she is working with Sid to propose data-driven solutions to stakeholders on different topics like how to optimize our marketing strategy. As a member of data analytics team, she always has new things to learn, works in a team, discovers new technologies and develops the most effective tools possible for “clients” within company!

After 4 years at Kapten, growing from 6 to 300 employees, Hubert decided to go back to an early stage company. With FairMoney, he found a sweet spot where he could leverage his engineering and corporate finance background. With his team of engineers, they deliver new features while making sure that the existing keeps running smoothly given the constant growth. He is amazed at the sheer fact that they are actually building a bank from scratch and contributing to financial inclusion, he can’t wait for FairMoney to launch in several new markets and expand its products.

After more than 3 years working on climate intelligence in a Parisian startup, Jadd goes into FinTech by joining the FairFamily and its data team. Here machine learning meets credit scoring and fraud detection. We are at the heart of the product with direct responsibility for the customer experience. To carry out his mission he has a volume of data to make more than one data scientist jealous, and creativity is the keyword to build models without traditional banking indicators.

At the end if his engineering studies, Guillaume joined FairMoney as an intern in march 2018. He then chose to continue as the first employee of the company.

At FairMoney, Guillaume likes to work on various technical subjects and having a real impact on the product.

Besides work, Guillaume likes to do some sport (running, bicycling, swimming) and does not hesitate to propose a beef after work!
