As a Textile Project & Development Associate, you will act as the technical right-hand of the team for textile projects, supporting both internal development and client-facing batches. You will:
· Follow and analyze pilot tests and client batches, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
· Lead the creation of textile samples and track their performance.
· Review technical reports and communicate findings clearly to guide R&D and operational decisions.
· Collaborate with internal and external experts to interpret feedback and ensure quality and consistency.
· Support project management and follow-up for industrial and client projects. What You Will Gain:
· Direct exposure to textile development at lab and pilot scale, including client interactions.
· Hands-on experience with CO₂-based sustainable textiles and industrial implementation.
· Mentorship from experts in R&D and material science.

· Final-year engineering student (ENSAIT preferred) with a strong interest in textile materials, R&D, and client project follow-up.
· Knowledge of textile processes, sample creation, and material characterization.
· Analytical, structured, proactive, and able to draw actionable insights from technical data.
· Excellent communication skills in English; French a plus.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment, collaborating across R&D, operations, and clients.
