Join our team as a Process Engineer and play a key role in the industrialization of our innovative dyestuffs. You will manage production campaigns at external partners, collaborate on scale-up and production, and participate in the continuous improvement of our formulas in the lab. A Master's or PhD in process engineering or chemical engineering is required, along with experience in production management and knowledge of Design of Experiments.

As part of our growth, we are seeking to strengthen our teams with suitable profiles in order to develop the industrialization of our products on a larger scale. You will play a role in transforming the production of our innovative dyestuffs from the lab scale to the pilot and industrial scale.You will be expected to plan and overview production campaigns at external partners, and report on them. Back in the lab, you will participate in the development and continuous amelioration of the dyestuffs.
Your role will be to:
Industrialize our innovative dye formulas on a pilot and industrial scale:
Manage relations with external partners and suppliers
Collaborate with external parties on the scale-up and production of our products
Supply chain management
Follow-up production at their facilities
Report on productions, analyze results and propose actions
Take part in the continuous amelioration of formula in the lab:
Work closely with researchers with organic and material chemistry background
Production of inorganic and/or organic dyestuffs of different colors
Use and continuous optimization of data collection systems and analysis for performance improvement
Edition of technical documentation (process books, process flow diagrams, P&ID, BoM)
You’ll be a great fit for the position if:
You hold a Master/Engineer degree or a PhD in process engineering or chemical engineering (required)
You have an experience in production management or CDMO/CMO management (required)
You have knowledge of Design of Experiments (required)
You are comfortable with traveling to different manufacturing sites (national and international) and working closely with local teams (required)
You hold at least a type B driving license is a requisite (required)
An expertise in Down Stream Processes and/or continuous improvement is a plus
A previous experience with cellulose or cellulosic material is a plus
A proficient English Level is required, French is a plus
