Martina joined ExxonMobil almost ten years ago as a Credit Analyst and for five years she was buried in charts. Although she enjoyed her work, she felt she missed contact with people, that is why she also helped out with organizing various company events. Having proven her abilities, she was chosen by the management to fill in a new position that opened in 2017. She now writes articles about employees and their success, Iiaise with the media, help with recruitment campaigns and hold lectures at universities and various conferences in order to raise awareness of the company as a great employer. She literally went from a little grey mouse to the face of the company. She really enjoys devising new social media posts every day and meeting up with the representatives of the non-profits, seeking meaningful partnerships.

Matěj has been working for Exxon for about a year. He is responsible for customer portfolio from the UK and Scandinavia. He is in daily contact with the customers over the phone and e-mail, processing their orders, asking for the necessary documentation, solving potential complaints and so on. Basically, he acts as the customers’ right hand and at least once a year he gets to visit them in person as well. Among other things, he trully is the company’s ambassador, holding lectures at universities and presenting the company at various job fairs, both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Dalibor joined Exxon in 2007 as a student offering administrative support. Since then, he has been through five different jobs and tried both individual and managerial roles. All of them, however, required a high degree of commitment and leadership. Now he is in charge of a team of 9 credit analysts. Together they evaluate and monitor customers’ financial situation and analyze the industry and economy of the country where they conduct business. The company can then get a comprehensive view of the business contract which helps it make important business decisions.
