Karolina works in Procurement department where she leads a small team of Procurement professionals. She and her team are managing a large portfolio of commercial agreements and projects related to Fuels and Lubricant business across the region.

Karolina's day to day activities are people management, coaching, interaction with senior client management and suppliers, setting objectives and targets, and ensuring progress towards objectives, compliance with company standards and procedures, and – of course - having fun! She also enjoys internal and external interaction with people, especially negotiation with suppliers. She is actively engaged in Supplier Diversity Program, Emergency Response Team, Women Interest Network, and is a proud Brand Ambassador.

To balance busy professional life with some pleasure, Karolina is an active hot yoga participant, passionate runner and prosecco lover. She is a mom of two beautiful teenage girls.

Pavel works as Communications Advisor and is responsible for the content of ExxonMobil’s internal and external communication. He is in charge of copywriting, and ensures clarity and effectiveness of any information or message the company releases.

The scope of Pavel’s activities is truly varied and includes social media management, PR oversight, or creation of newsletters, crisis communication, posters, and many more. On top of that, Pavel leads Charitable Donations Program and cooperates with many non-profit organizations, which is one of his most beloved and rewarding activities.

He is also a proud Brand Ambassador, Ergo Contact and PRIDE Ally. On a personal note, Pavel is an avid reader and a film enthusiast, writing film reviews. Apart from that he loves travelling, food, yoga, and more.

Jana works in Customer Service where she connects her portfolio of customers with ExxonMobil and delegates the requested tasks to the corresponding internal teams. She is responsible for the key account in EMEAF region which includes European countries.

She enjoys the variety of daily tasks and challenges but also the communication with customers and building relationships with them. Among Jana’s daily activities belong day-to-day operations, active internal and external communication, and problem solving. She is also managing ExxonMobil’s social media, being an active member of ICE (Improve Customer Experience) network, and a part of Brand Ambassadors Team.

Outside of work, Jana enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and cuisines, gatherings with friends, and also different types of sports such as squash, dancing classes or for example wakeboarding.
