Job description

• Responsible for managing, responding and qualifying inbound leads in a timely manner via email and calls
• Follow up on leads and complete /update CRM information
• Convert leads - create and provide opportunities for the sales team and close your own deals
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas (in number of qualified leads generated)
• Stay on top of the latest knowledge around Expensya products in order to effectively communicate on the value proposition with prospects
• Demonstrate the solution to potential clients
• Maintain effective time management skills to manage your pipeline
• Deliver on weekly KPIs for outreach, worked accounts and demos
• Attend recurring sales trainings if necessary

Preferred experience

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• 0- 2 years of customer facing experience
• Very good knowledge of Office Suite
• A first significant experience as Telesales or Insides Sales, ideally in IT.
• Strong results-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills (especially on the phone) and you want to progress quickly within a very dynamic startup.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize among many demands and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to mine available knowledge bases to find answers quickly
• Innovative in coming up with new ideas and new ways to put them to action, try new things and provide actionable feedback
