As a Senior Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include :

Building trust-based relationships with Exopeople and stakeholders

• Work closely together to understand the challenges and needs
• Identify data and analytical challenges and provide tailored solutions
• Guide Exotec teams in understanding data and analytical concepts, make them accessible and comprehensible

Develop dashboards for various functional areas of Exotec (Supply, Finance, HR, Sales)

• Define relevant metrics and KPIs to meet business needs
• Validate the data sourcing and data lineage of your analysis
• Define & develop optimal data models
• Create visualisations and interactive elements for a user-friendly interface
• Document the dashboards and ensure their support

Empower Exotec's growth in analytical practices

• Organise, support and develop the analytical tech stack
• Define standards, best practices and ensure their implementation
• Create and share tools to enhance skills: tutorials, training, etc.

• Act as a point of expertise within the analytical communities (internal and external)

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, IT, statistics or similar field
• At least 5 years' experience as a Data Scientist/Data Analyst/BI Engineer/Analytics Engineer
• Excellent skills in SQL, Power BI
• Hands-on experience with Cloud environments and modern data stacks (GCP, BigQuery, DBT)
• Basic programming skills in Python
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to be pedagogical and facilitate teams' transition towards a data-driven culture
• Excellent communication skills to rally and successfully lead projects
• You are constantly seeking to improve and automate existing systems
• Operational-level English proficiency

Additional assets:

• Knowledge of engineering practices: CI/CD applied to data
• Basic understanding of data science concepts
• Experience as a Senior/Lead Data Analyst

Position based in Croix, 15 minutes by metro from Lille city centre, 30 minutes from Brussels, 1 hour from Paris and 2 hours from London.
