Job description

We are looking for a Lead Marketing Manager to join our Revenue Team and build the marketing engine of our B2B SaaS scale-up. Reporting directly to our Chief Growth Officer (Sabrina Meksaoui), you will own all marketing-related topics with full autonomy. This position is a very operational role but could lead to a management role in the future.

Your mission: set up and scale a high-performing marketing machine to support both commercial and fundraising goals across Europe, the US, and Canada by 2026.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, combining Growth Marketing (lead generation, sequencing ABM, performance tracking) with Brand & Field Marketing (visibility, positioning, events management). You will gradually build and lead a marketing team while driving initiatives such as:

  • Defining and executing our digital, content, and event marketing plan

  • Generating and nurturing leads for our sales team

  • Shaping messaging for both customers (ROI, savings) and investors (innovation, AI, automation) in Product Marketing

  • Managing brand visibility across multiple geographies

  • Leading our presence at key industry events, including our own branded events, “the RailTech Summit”, the “RailTech Masterclass”, which consists in a series of digital webinars showcasing the latest innovations in the industry.

  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams

This role offers a high degree of ownership: you will manage the marketing budget, choose tools and channels, structure the team, and be the main contact for external partners (PR, press, event organizers).

If you are entrepreneurial, data-driven, and motivated to leave your mark by building a marketing engine from the ground up, this role is for you.

Preferred experience

  • Education: Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication, ideally with training in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing

  • Experience: Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, with proven ability to drive both lead generation and brand positioning

  • Languages: Bilingual French/English (written & spoken), German is a plus

Skills we value:

  • Data-driven mindset, able to track and analyze SaaS KPIs

  • Strong prioritization, project management, and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex topics

  • Ability to work in partnership with the Head of Sales to generate MQLs and transform them into SQLs

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, resilient, and results-driven

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow while enabling others

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in scaling marketing in an international SaaS B2B enterprise environment

  • Comfortable with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (Lusha, DropContact, Albatross, Lemlist etc)

  • Interest in the logistics, transport, or rail freight industries
