We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Agent for the Italian market to join our partner agency’s team based in Bangkok.
In close collaboration with Evaneos, you will manage Italian travelers’ requests via the platform and create tailor-made itineraries that reflect the authentic spirit of Asia.
Your mission will be to guide travelers from the first contact until the completion of their trip, ensuring high-quality service and total satisfaction.
This role requires autonomy, sales skills, and a genuine curiosity for Asian cultures and travel experiences.
✈️ Sales & customer support
Advise travelers and design tailor-made trips for the Italian market through the Evaneos platform.
Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing attentive and personalized service.
Identify travelers’ needs and craft customized itineraries adapted to their interests and budget.
Ensure a smooth and inspiring booking experience from the first contact to final confirmation.
📋 Operations & follow-up
Coordinate with hotels, guides, and local suppliers to guarantee high-quality services.
Monitor bookings and follow up with travelers before, during, and after their trip.
Manage quotations, billing, and profitability according to company standards.
Participate in team meetings and provide occasional operational support when needed.
🌱 Contribution to responsible tourism
Promote responsible and sustainable travel practices aligned with Evaneos’ values.
Work with eco-conscious local partners to ensure authentic and ethical experiences.
Support the agency’s continuous improvement in environmental and community initiatives.
Type of contract: Permanent position (3-month probation period)

Salary: Attractive base + 6% commission on net margin + performance bonuses
Working time: Full-time, flexible hours
Remote work: 1 day per week

Native or fluent in Italian (C1) and good command of English (B2).
Proven experience in tourism, sales, or customer service (minimum 2 years).
Strong sense of organization, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.
Team player with adaptability and proactive problem-solving attitude.
Intermediate (2–4 years) or Experienced (5+ years).
Motivated beginners may apply if they have relevant experience or strong familiarity with Asia.
Italian – Native or C1
English – B2

Experience living or working in Thailand.
Previous experience with the Evaneos platform or within a DMC.
Background in inbound tourism (B2C/B2B FIT).
Digital savvy and comfortable with online sales tools.
