As part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for defining the Offer strategy in line with the company’s strategy, and orchestrating its deployment in order to embody Evaneos’ positioning, ensure the performance of our products, the identification of major business opportunities and the scalability of our operations.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
1- Framing and managing strategic projects related to the offer :
Reviewing the articulation of Evaneos’ product ranges
analysis of customer expectations and our competitive field
Identification of business opportunities
framing and launching of new ranges
Refreshing and adjusting existing product ranges, in line with performance analysis, the sales promotion calendar and SEO issues
Supporting the development of new production processes to improve the scalability of our operations
Contributing to the maintenance and evolution of the offer datamodel (PIM) and ensuring its quality over time
2- Monitoring and developing the performance of the offer :
We are looking for a team that is able to work together to develop and deliver a range of services to our clients.
In conjunction with the product and data teams, ensure the performance of the onsite presentation of the offer (new features, merchandising, etc.)
3- Define and monitor the marketing budget for the offer
In connection with the definition of the annual action plans
4- Management of a 3-person offer marketing team and contribution to the cross-functional management of the sales team’s offer managers
Definition of the challenges and distribution of projects within the offer marketing team
Preparating & animating transversal meetings with all the offer experts to ensure a good onboarding & delivery of offer initiatives inside Evaneos and with our network of agencies
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an experienced profile with significant experience (> 5 years) in offer and product marketing issues.
You have been involved in project scoping and deployment phases in a multi-business environment.
You are comfortable in an international context: fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
You have already managed a small team.
Experience in the tourism sector is a plus
Enthusiastic, pro-active and autonomous profile, with leadership skills.
