Within the Supply & Offer Department, the B2B Marketing team aims to boost the engagement and performance of our local partner agencies. We support their growth by delivering impactful communication, targeted training programs, and community-building initiatives.
We’re seeking a B2B Marketing and Training Apprentice to strengthen our team. Your mission? Help empower and support our partner agencies by leading talent recruitment initiatives and delivering high-impact enablement programs that boost capabilities, foster community, and enhance operational performance.
You’ll join a collaborative and international team of three passionate B2B marketers:
Paula, Partner Enablement Manager, who will be your mentor, leads the team’s enablement strategic initiatives while guiding the implementation of programs
Alice, B2B Marketing Manager,
Shweta, B2B Marketing Apprentice.
The team primarily works in English and closely collaborates across various projects dedicated to our local partner agencies.

🎯 Support the Partner Enablement Strategy
Contribute to the design and execution of strategies that build a sense of belonging among Evaneos partner agencies.
Identify training needs across various agency profiles and segments.
Design, coordinate, and deliver tailored group training programs.
Support the implementation of key initiatives, such as the Evaneos Recruitment Service (ERS), helping agencies attract and recruit the best talent
🤝 Foster Community & Engagement
Organize engaging virtual and in-person events to strengthen the partner network.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing moments and help build a strong community spirit across all agency partners.

💰 Salary follows the Syntec scale applicable to your contract.
You may be a great fit for this position if:
You’re a Master’s student (business, marketing, or equivalent).
You had a first experience in fostering community engagement, training coordination, or recruitment support, ideally within a fast-paced or mission-driven environment
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams or external stakeholders
You’ve organized events (online or in-person) or contributed to engagement initiatives
You’re fluent in both French & English to collaborate effectively with our 15+ nationalities
