Job description
Main objectives :
- Manage countries revenue managers (4) and drive group yielding strategy
- Analyse revenue trading and main business KPIs to provide data-driven recommendations for revenue and utilization maximization for her/his countries
- Lead Capacity strategy at group level to support RPU maximization, by coordinating with country teams as well as ECI teams when needed (Fleet, Ops)
- Be the leader of Leisure Business Line development within the RCM organization
Major areas of accountability :
Revenue Management
- Co-design and align Revenue Management strategy across the Group.
- Guide revenue managers in the countries (dotted line): find alignment on the forecast ambitions; drive common and consistent yielding strategy with countries
- Follow up weekly performance trading (RPU, utilization, build per channel etc) and provide data-driven recommendations to countries, to pricing team and the group RCM director
- Monitor performance versus forecasts, anticipate variations, and coordinate corrective action plans
- Participate to weekly commercial reviews with countries and group commercial teams
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and presentations for top management
- Participate to the Budget process, by advising on opportunities and risk by use cases during the Budget process and building up the plan.
Capacity
- Ensure availability of up-to-date capacity info & KPIs (in the RCM Cockpit)
- Liaise with Fleet ECI to ensure alignment of fleet plans and rental days at group level, as well as to maximize the capacity potential from the current fleet (efforts to reduce the non-operative fleet)
- Active participation in the Fleet Committee process
- EV referent for RCM
- Design innovative solutions together with the RCM systems manager
- Provide support to the country teams in process management & tools (with the RCM systems manager)
- Liaise with the other Head of Revenue Management and the Pricing team for consistent RCM actions
Leisure Referent for Revenue Management
- Be the leader of Leisure Business Line development within the RCM organization
- Monitor the accuracy of Leisure forecast and take corrective actions if needed
- Monitor the performance and ensure that countries reach their forecasts
Transversal missions
- Colead Group Peak Season strategies with Pricing Director and other Group Head of Revenue Management i.e. provide strategic guidelines, countries support and right level of monitoring
- Follow up on the implementation and success of RCM 3-year plan
- Participate in Group transversal projects when needed

Management of 4 revenue managers in countries (dotted line
Internal and external relationships :
- Internal: Group Revenue and Capacity Management, Pricing, Countries, Sales, Marketing & Product Management, Performance, Ecommerce, Controlling.
- External: External data and software providers
Preferred experience
Previous experience :
- Revenue Management in the travel/mobility industry
- Supply chain or Network Planning experience is a plus
Education level / certificates : Master of Science, Master of Business Administration
Languages : English, ideally one other European language
Personal characteristics : Team Player, ideally internationally experienced, ideally managerial experience
