The position

Job description

Context:

Europ Assistance Group is aiming through its Operations Transformation Program to get to the next level of operations digitalization. This local and multi-local Ops transformation relies on one hand on the EA countries and on the other hand on several modules focusing on Standardization, Simplification, Efficiency improvement of processes that will benefit on productivity, profitability and General expenses decrease.

The candidate will oversee the complete governance of the program. The objective is to organize and drive the governance of the project, it’s communities, steerco, help at the production of the presentations to the board, ensure documents are ready on time, track financials

Key responsibilities:

In the context of the Operations Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an overarching governance to track the impact of the program, in order to decrease the General Expenses by driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the organization.

Considering the program is a local – multilocal program, you will coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the different modules of this program, and work with EA affiliates and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation

What you will do:

- Ensure the governance is in place for the program success

- Collect and prepare the presentations for the steercos and board

- Track progress and financials of the implementation in 11 countries of the transformation program

To a lesser extent:

- Support the Group COO in his mandates and critical presentations

- Support in the brainstorming of the team on the program impact and overall strategy

Preferred experience

If you have a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or IT + 7 years of experience in consulting ( strategy consulting firm only) and/or operations, and program management + excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint

You will be able to manage change and implement new processes and technologies smoothly

- Continuous improvement mindset

- Effective communication of the benefits of change and buy-in from stakeholders

- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage changes

- Experience working in a global, matrix organization (Holding, affiliates, various business lines, etc…) is a plus

- Strong leadership skills and can motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals

- Effective communication focusing on the vision for change and empower teams to take ownership of the transformation process

If you know how to deal with Resistance to Change, Limited resources, Complex processes, Balancing Short-Term and Long-Term Goals, Managing Stakeholders, Standardize and Simplify processes among EA affiliates
