Job description

Join the Digital Transformation team to support initiatives aimed at modernizing and optimizing mobility and home assistance services. You will contribute to process analysis, customer journey design, data visualization, and stakeholder engagement across international affiliates. 

Our mission is to provide the best Customer experience along efficient and digitalized / automated flows.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current mobility and home assistance processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design and map customer journeys and service flows.
  • Analyse dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops with internal teams and affiliates.
  • Document current state and propose future state processes.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback.

Profile

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, customer journeys, etc… and derive actionable insights.
  • Process Design: Familiarity with flow mapping and journey design.
  • Communication: Written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting and animating workshops.
  • Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and ideally some experience with data visualization tools.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with international teams and affiliates; culturally aware and adaptable.
  • Mindset: Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with service design or UX methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms used in mobility or home assistance.
  • French and/or other European languages
