The position

Job description

The Settlement and Client Connectivity team is composed of five full-time employees and two student helpers. One student helper primarily focuses on Risk, while this role will concentrate on Reporting. As an agile team, we embrace flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing financial landscape. With a strong European focus, our team is based in Copenhagen, Milan, and Paris, collaborating on projects across all Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) and throughout Europe. While we are committed to meeting high demands, we also value camaraderie, enjoying laughter and shared lunches together.

In this role, you'll quickly become an essential part of our team, with colleagues relying on your contributions. You'll work across two teams, performing various administrative and ad-hoc tasks, and gaining in-depth knowledge of our clients and systems. With initiative and proactivity, you can take on increased responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling agreements
  • Maintaining customer data
  • Extracting data from various systems
  • Conduct data analysis in Excel and present results, including the use of graphs
  • Support management reporting and ad hoc analysis for Product managers
  • Create or visually enhance existing PowerPoint presentations, to convey messages efficiently
  • Internet research on various business topics in close collaboration with Product managers, including use of ChatGPT
  • Update customer guidelines
  • Scanning and archiving documents

About You

We prefer candidates in their first or second year of a bachelor's degree, but we value your personality and drive over your academic background. Ideal candidates are:

  • Independent and structured in their work
  • Excellent team players
  • Eager to learn and take on responsibilities
  • Proficient in Excel and quick to learn new systems
  • Sense of how to create visually attractive PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong communicators in both written and spoken English
