The position

Job description

The successful candidate will be part of Euronext Group Portfolio Management Office (GPMO). He/she will focus particularly but not exclusively on:

  • Organizing and participating to interactive meetings and training sessions online for the entire Euronext Project Manager Community;
  • Supporting the continuous enhancement programme at GPMO level in the areas of straight through processes, project stakeholders' skills management, quality of reporting & tools;
  • Monitoring both project progress across the portfolio and the underlying data quality, in particular via the monthly reporting cycle and following up with Project Managers as required;
  • Helping to maintain the Group Project Management application (PM App), Resource Management Tool (RUNN), related document repository (SharePoint) and in particular maintaining key logs on behalf of the GPMO Team;
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly portfolio reports for the key governance bodies, including reports to the Managing Board;
  • Liaising with the relevant department and colleagues to prepare the required elements for the above-mentioned reports;
  • Supporting the regular update of the Group Project Management Policy and related processes;
  • Suggesting and participating to implementation of enhancements in the project management and project portfolio management;
  • Maintaining a complete audit trail of all key GPMO actions.

Preferred experience

- Current undergraduate or graduate student with a Business-relevant degree
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent written & spoken English language is essential.
- A hard-working team-player who brings energy and is keen to learn.
- Attention to detail is important since the Portfolio reports will be seen by Managing Board members.
