Pricing Manager South Europe H/F
About the role
We are looking for a Pricing Manager within Pricing and Commercial Analytics team to our Business Unit Professional Hygiene.
Region South Europe (France, Spain and Italy).
The position will be located in France and you will report to the Senior Pricing & Revenue Manager SW & MEIA. We are looking for someone who speaks fluently french and english (spanish is a plus).
Business Unit Professional Hygiene, with the global brand Tork, is a market leader within the Away-from-Home segment. What You will do
The Pricing Manager is responsible for coordination and facilitating implementations of price & revenue management related initiatives specific to commercial organizations in PH Region SEE & MEIA countries and in close cooperation with central Transatlantic Pricing & Revenue team.
Facilitates implementation of Professional Hygiene Go-to-Market pricing initiatives (value-based pricing, customer classification, trade allowance structure etc.).
Effectively cooperates with local Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of related initiatives.
Executes price monitoring including following-up on market pricing vs price strategy, analyzing data and proposing corrective actions.
Promotes the use of advanced analytics and statistical capabilities/approaches to generate insights, intelligence and to drive data-driven decisions with greater effectiveness.
Develops and implements decision-making tools to Sales & Marketing teams that are dynamic/ interactive, robust/flexible and financially insightful.
Maintains strong connection and cooperation with central Transatlantic Pricing & Revenue Team.
Who You are
Experience in pricing related role in a commercial organization
Analytical and planning skills
High level communication skills, across multiple audience levels
IT systems (Office365, SAP, pricing software tools)
Presenting skills
Influencing through indirect leadership
Proactive, able to take the lead with initiative
Working through a matrix organization
Adaptable to change, and able to move change processes through
Fluent in English, French (Spanish or Italian is a plus).
