Digital Performance Manager F/H

About the Role :

The digital performance manager leads and manages all performance-related activities to accelerate our brands development (Nana, Tena, Lotus, Okay, Demak'up). She supports french & italian business in priority but could be also involved in other countries of the south-west region. 

What You Will Do :

  • Drive digital acquisition strategy for our DTC websites (Search, Paid Social), from media planning to performance follow-up.

  • Translate central promotional plans into local media strategies in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.

  • Integrate MMM studies (Marketing Mix Modelling) learnings into planning and forecasting to improve media efficiency.

  • Monitor e-commerce website performance and user behavior using analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations for Conversation rate optimization (CRO).

  • Lead the strategy and execution of the French cross-category promotional platform, including budget management, acquisition, and performance monitoring with the digital agency.

  • Coordinate local digital agencies and contribute to cross-functional digital priorities, including MMM data analysis and reporting.

  • Work closely with regional and global/European digital teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvements

Who You Are :

  • 3+ years of experience in digital performance campaigns/e-commerce/CRO

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a results-driven mindset

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, media agencies, and IT.

  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, META business manager) and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) to deliver insights and take action

  • Proficiency in both French and English ; additional language(s) is a plus depending on country focus.
