About the Role
Following the evolution of our employees within the company, we are offering Customer Marketing Activation Manager positions within the France Tork marketing business unit in our Saint-Ouen office.

This position depends on the Europe’s zone.
As Customer Marketing Activation Manager France, you report to a Customer Marketing Manager and interact on a daily basis with French teams (sales, customer services, controlling, pricing, logistics…) and international teams working on Tork around the world.
This is a key role within the Tork Business Unit, considering the fact that Customer Marketing is the only marketing unit in contact with the customer and at Essity, the customer is central.
What You Will Do
1 / You will be responsible for strategic customers for the French market.
For each of them, you will need to:
Recommend and activate Omnichannel Joint Business Plans (On and Off line) including management of promotions, product launches and product renovations
Create, execute and analyze omnichannel plans and campaigns (on and off line) you will suggest to your customers
Analyze the assortment of our customers and make recommendations together with the KAM or the Account Manager
Secure the development of material for each client: catalogs, brochures, POS, leaflets, advertising, web banners, etc.), Tork training tools, organization of specific exhibitions for them, etc.
Organize regular meetings with them to follow up the campaigns and diagnose the actions carried out in order to offer them a future strategy based on relevant analysis (customer trips to be planned approximately once a month)
2 / You have a key role with European and the International teams within Tork Business Unit.
You have to :
Transcribe and coordinate the implementation of Tork global plans for each client
Exchange regularly with European and global marketing to be aware of future strategies, contribute to its construction, develop tools and bring up needs coming from the customers
Participate in European and international projects (distributor incentive, customer training projects, product launches event organization, etc.)
3 / You have a key role in France with the Tork sales force:
Work closely with the Sales Force and Sales Managers to build the right tools for sales
Participate in the organization of sales seminars in France and write the quarterly sales roadmap to transcribe the Tork World strategy at best locally
Drive Tork Awareness across customers organizing face to face or digital events on different topics (sustainability, hand hygiene...)
Work with Controlling and the Executive Committee to ensure the consistency of the prices of the range
Review the budget, monitor it in collaboration with Controlling and Accounting
Who You Are
Master Degree in Business
Ideally 3 years of work experience (at best in marketing or sales / BtoB or BtoC)
You have an analytical spirit (Power BI, CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge is a plus)
You have a desire to manage projects in full autonomy
You love to work with different teams
You are Fluent in French and English
You are motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
