We are looking for a Sales Manager - Demand Partnerships to join our team in Mexico City. Our team is made up of energetic and results-driven individuals that bring our media services and ad tech products to the market each day - working with clients across agencies, in-house brand teams, and platform partners.
What you'll do
Manage a high volume of daily prospect-to-client meetingsDefine target markets/verticals, prospect generation processes, and pipelines, and document interactions and follow-ups in Outreach and internal toolsConduct virtual or in-person sales meetings with agencies and advertisersExecute the complete sales lifecycle of potential agreementsCollaborate with our marketing team to create custom auction packages for premium inventory and support revenue growthDevelop a deep understanding of the programmatic market and the Equativ - EBC platform's functioningArticulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possibleOperate and grow business with digital buyers and CTV in media agencies, trading desks, and direct advertisersSell Equativ's media solutions and promote the use of Equativ's self-service buying toolsBuild strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings, calls, inventory reporting, and recommendationsEnsure focus is maintained on goals that will have the greatest impact on demand businessIncrease awareness of our ad inventory offering and create a reputation of excellence for Equativ in the marketWho you are:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing+5 years in digital sales, with a proven track record on the demand side, especially among agencies and ATDsHands-on experience working with Trading Desks, DSPs, DMPs, data providers, or other programmatic platformsSales-oriented, hunter mentality, and focused on identifying new business opportunities, leveraging knowledge and credibility to change customer behavior and increase revenueEntrepreneurial spirit, creative and open-minded, with expertise in identifying opportunities and strong networks on the demand sideAutonomous and entrepreneurial mindset.👋 About us
