The position

Job description

We are an adtech company providing services and a proprietary technology stack for programmatic advertising, working closely with publishers, networks, and agencies to maximize value, performance, and business sustainability.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager Associate (Internship) with a strong interest in digital, technology, and data-driven advertising.

What you will do:

  • Working alongside the Account team and following a structured growth path, you will:
  • Support the day-to-day management of client relationships
  • Analyze programmatic campaign performance and key KPIs
  • Collaborate with Tech, AdOps, and Sales teams to optimize strategies
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Learn and progressively use the programmatic technology stack (SSP, DSP, header bidding, Open Bidding, etc.)

    • Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Data, or related fields
  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Strong interest in digital advertising, programmatic, and technology
  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data
  • Previous experience, even short-term or internship-based, in similar roles (Account, AdOps, Media, Digital Advertising) is a plus
  • Relevant Master’s programs or industry-related training (adtech / digital advertising) are a plus
