Your mission👇

Alongside our Engineering Program Manager you will play a key role in supporting our Agile Teams to reach their objectives and results.
You will work closely with Product & Software Engineering Teams to help them drive their quarter towards success.

You will be in first line when it comes to unlock situations and synchronize teams on complex topics with high levels of dependencies.
You will also help improve our state of the art homemade project follow-up framework, created on top of JIRA and the Google Workspace tools with always more insightful metrics and monitoring points.

You will discover how at Equativ we are preparing our quarterly development cycle and help us find new ways to improve it. You will report directly to our Engineering Program Manager, based in Paris.

What you’ll do ✏️

• Drive and coach the implementation of project management best practices
• Be part of the project lifecycle from the very initial roadmap definition to the deployment in production, both on a management and an process improvement point of views
• Manage the operational and tactical aspects of projects (solving impediments, tracking roadmap milestones, checking quality of deliverables, monitoring project KPIs…)
• Propose solutions to improve our way of doing things and implement them

About you 💪

Must have:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Management or similar field
• Strong interest in new technologies and high level of curiosity
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to build efficient relationships with your peers
• Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities of improvement and problems’s solutions
• Great sense of priority, rigorous, thrive making things happen
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in both French and English

Nice to have:

• First professional experience in an Adtech / Tech start-up
• Experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GoogleSheets
• Good knowledge in Agile project management best practices and processes
• Development notions in JavaScript
