    Job description

    A propos de l'équipe :

    L'équipe comptabilité est composée d'experts qui ont pour rôle de fournir une planification, une analyse et des rapports à Equativ. Les membres de l'équipe mesurent et prévoient les performances, rendent compte des coûts et des générateurs de revenus et allouent des budgets à l'ensemble de l'entreprise. Ils travaillent dans un environnement à croissance rapide .

    Vos tâches seront les suivantes :

  • Gestion de la comptabilité fournisseurs :
  • Création et suivi des modifications des comptes fournisseurs 
  • Validation et saisie dans notre portail les factures ( € et devises), 
  • Validation de l’interface sur le logiciel comptable, 
  • Proposition de paiement hebdomadaire et validation de la proposition dans l’outil comptable  
  • Analyse et justification des comptes fournisseurs
  • Vérification et comptabilisation des justificatifs de cartes bancaires (frais généraux et voyage)
  • Validation des notes de frais et import dans la comptabilité: 
  • Création et suivi des modifications des comptes salariés
  • Validation des NDF 
  • Validation de l’interface NDF sur le logiciel comptable
  • Proposition de paiement hebdomadaire et validation de la proposition dans l’outil comptable  
  • Gestion de la boite mail comptabilité : réponses aux mails, redirection si nécessaire, archivage
  • Saisie de la banque quotidienne et rapprochement bancaire
  • Saisie des immobilisations
  • Participation aux opérations de clôture et écritures périodiques : 
  • Préparation du cut -off ,
  • Tenue du dossier de clôture ( Feuilles de travail)
  •  Saisie des FNP, CCA, AAR… 

  • Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive et sera amené à évoluer en fonction du développement de l’entreprise et votre capacité à gérer le poste
