The position

Job description

Enky is scaling its delivery operations across France and Belgium, and we are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team. This role supports end-to-end delivery operations, streamlines workflows, and ensures smooth execution of furniture installations while maintaining high-quality client experiences.

You will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Project Managers) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers) to coordinate delivery projects and optimize operational processes.


Why This Role Exists

As Enky’s operations grow more complex, there is a need for dedicated support to:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners

  • Improve workflows, documentation, and operational processes

  • Maintain high standards of client service and operational efficiency

This position is central to scaling operations while ensuring smooth, structured delivery execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with order placement, supplier coordination, and installation scheduling

  • Coordinate with external logistics partners and on-site installation teams

  • Track delivery timelines, project milestones, and inventory flows to meet deadlines

  • Maintain and improve operational documentation, templates, and workflows

  • Support Sales and Product teams with operational feasibility and execution details

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and increase efficiency

Internal: Sales, Product, Delivery/Project Managers, Operations Lead (Shari)
External: Suppliers, logistics partners, client sites


Preferred experience

  • Experience & Seniority:

    • 0–3 years of experience in operations, delivery, project execution, furniture, co-living, event management, or procurement

    • Junior to mid-level role with moderate autonomy and structured oversight

      Hard Skills:

    • Hands-on experience in operations, delivery, or project execution

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and tracking operational follow-ups

    • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Notion, or similar workflow/documentation tools

    • Familiarity with furniture, co-living, or event logistics is a plus

      Soft Skills:

    • Detail-oriented with high reliability and follow-through

    • Strong communication and coordination skills

    • Ability to anticipate operational challenges and propose solutions

    • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

      Languages:

    • French: fluent

    • English: professional working proficiency
