Growth Sales Representative

Key missions

The position

Job description

As an Growth Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients – from office managers to property developers and financial advisors. You’ll qualify leads, book meetings for our Account Executives, and play a vital role in building a healthy sales pipeline.

💼 What you’ll do

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn

  • Identify pain points and match them with Enky’s tailored solutions

  • Book discovery calls and demos for our Sales team

  • Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot or similar)

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to optimize outreach messaging

  • Attend team meetings to share learnings and improve processes


Preferred experience

  • Fluent in French and professional English

  • 4+ year of experience in a lead generation, outbound growth, SDR, or BDR role (ideally B2B)

  • Confident communicator – written and verbal

  • Organized and curious – you ask the right questions and follow through

  • Autonomous, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Bonus: experience in furniture, real estate, interior design, or proptech
