The position

Job description

🎯 Your mission

As a Sales AE France, you’ll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing. You’ll work with office managers, real estate developers, hotel owners, and more – selling beautifully designed furnishing solutions that make sustainability easy and smart.

💼 What you’ll do

  • Build and manage your sales pipeline (B2B)

  • Prospect and qualify leads (cold & warm)

  • Deliver compelling product pitches and proposals

  • Lead client meetings and close deals

  • Coordinate with ops and sourcing to ensure client success

  • Represent Enky at industry events and fairs

  • Share client feedback to shape future offerings


Preferred experience

✅ Who you are

  • Fluent in French and professional English

  • Proven B2B sales experience (2+ years), ideally in design, real estate, office, or furniture sectors

  • Strong closer and confident communicator

  • Autonomous, organized, and entrepreneurial

  • Bonus: experience with CRM tools

  • Bonus: a personal network in real estate, workspace, or hospitality
