The position

Job description

As Enky’s Administration Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of our day-to-day operations across multiple countries. You will be the backbone of our team, overseeing everything from accounting, legal compliance, and HR functions. Your attention to detail and organizational prowess will be essential to support the growth and success of our mission.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations for France, Belgium, and the UK, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Handle legal administration related to contracts, compliance, and regulations across the three countries.

  • Oversee the company’s HR activities, including payroll, employee documentation, and onboarding processes.

  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations and financial reporting in each jurisdiction.

  • Serve as the liaison with external partners like legal advisors, accountants, and payroll providers.

  • Provide support to management in budgeting and financial planning.

  • Maintain and improve our internal administrative processes to increase efficiency.


Preferred experience

  • You’re familiar with the legal frameworks of France, Belgium, and the UK.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in administration or accounting roles.

  • You have a strong background in accounting, legal compliance, and HR administration.

  • You’re highly organized, meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • You thrive in a remote work environment and are proactive in managing your time and responsibilities.

  • You’re fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus!).
