Job Description
Within the Operations department, your main responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the full organization of trips once they have been confirmed by the client: private transportation, VIP services, tours, and exclusive experiences

• Booking all related services and activities

• Verifying all trip details in accordance with our internal processes and tools

• Acting as the main point of contact once the client is on site: proactively communicating all necessary information in advance and making adjustments when required to ensure a seamless experience

Profile & Requirements

• 1 to 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar role

• Excellent written skills and strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); French is a plus

• Previous exposure to the luxury hospitality or luxury travel market is highly desirable
