Reporting to the Demand Generation Team Lead, as a Growth Marketing Manager at Elements, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and achieving quarterly goals through cross-team collaboration. We are seeking a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, creativity and rigour in execution. In this role, you will have the opportunity to challenge the status quo, implement growth experiments, conduct A/B testing, scaling tactics that work well and killing the ones that doesn’t.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, product marketing, and analytics to align growth strategies with overall business goals. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and integration of growth marketing initiatives.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights and market research.
Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Analyze and contribute to optimize each step of the AARRR conversion funnel.
Identify successful marketing initiatives and leverage data-driven insights to scale them across various channels and market segments. Continuously refine and optimize strategies based on performance metrics to drive sustainable growth.
Regularly communicate insights gained from testing and experimentation to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and enhance the overall marketing knowledge within the organization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing to drive innovation.
Utilize content management knowledge and inbound marketing techniques to create engaging and persuasive content mapped to the customer journey.
Monitor and analyze content key performance indicators (KPIs) to track its performance and identify areas for improvement.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results and achieving growth targets.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders from various departments.
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure and interpret performance metrics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a high level of proficiency. Working proficiency in French is also required.
3+ experience in growth marketing or a related role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
Experience in conducting A/B testing and utilizing data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions.
Experience in SEO, content management, copywriting skills, and inbound marketing techniques to drive user engagement.
Experience with several marketing tools such as Hubspot, Wordpress, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Phantom Buster, ChatGPT etc.
