The position

Job description

You will join a dynamic and supportive team in an international, agile, and innovative environment.

Reporting to your manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the contract renewal process, including quotation preparation;

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors;

  • Proactively contacting key stakeholders to ensure contract renewals are completed before expiration dates;

  • Monitoring and anticipating contract expiration dates and taking appropriate actions to avoid any service interruptions;

  • Working closely with Sales, Support, and Account Management teams to ensure optimal customer service and timely contract renewals;

  • Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of contract databases;

  • Analyzing customer needs to propose tailored solutions and enhance renewal offers;

  • Collecting customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement;

  • Achieving and exceeding the company’s contract renewal targets;

  • Participating in sales meetings and sharing best practices with the team;

  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).


Preferred experience

You’ll be great for this role if you have these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (3–4 years of higher education) in Business Management or a related field;

  • Several years of hands-on experience as a Renewal Representative or Sales Representative, ideally in the IT sector;

  • Strong sales mindset with a genuine commercial drive;

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively contacting customers and partners;

  • Ability to meet quarterly closing deadlines for ongoing contracts;

  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required; additional languages is a plus;

  • Highly organized, with strong prioritization skills and meticulous CRM data management;

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and a strong team player;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation;

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;

  • Comfortable using IT tools and systems in general.
