Jessica brings over 10 years of experience in strategy, category insights and customer development. She is a champion of CSR in business and the workplace, focusing on change management and execution.

With a background in international development, Lavanya brings Human Rights knowledge and insights to the team. Her commitment to equality and her engagement in RainboVadis further strengthens EcoVadis’ journey to workplace diversity, equity and inclusion.

A coding expert and new technologies enthusiast, Grzegorz has extensive experience in developing enterprise systems and building high-performance teams. His role focuses on optimizing processes to enhance their agility.

Being herself a sustainability analyst, Rose-Line manages a team of 8 analysts as well as leading projects within the Evaluation department. In particular, she is involved in overseeing the Labor aspects of the methodology and co-leads the Quality function.

Benjamin has been a senior software engineer since 2018. He is working directly with the software architect to produce tools and technical solutions that support the different feature teams in their work.

Marion engages with potential clients explaining how EcoVadis’ solutions and putting in place a sustainable procurement strategy can help create value for their companies - 70% of businesses’ social and environmental impact occurs in their supply chains.

After 4 years at EcoVadis, Ishwaree is leading a team of 9 and responsible for onboarding suppliers from France, UK, India and Africa. Other than ensuring the operations are running smoothly, she trains and coaches her team as well as develops new strategies to reach EcoVadis customers.

Sheng analyzes companies’ performance in managing risks and opportunities related to CSR issues. A lead data specialist at EcoVadis, Sheng also authors white papers and serves as a panelist in international seminars on sustainability.
