Function overview -

Echosens, a global leader in non-invasive diagnostic solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Territory Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth in the Swiss market. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing clinical accounts by promoting FibroScan® solutions across gastroenterology, hepatology, diabetology, and related specialties.

Main activities :

·       Manage the full sales cycle within your territory (prospecting, product demonstrations, proposals, contract negotiation, closing)

·       Lead commercial and pricing negotiations with physicians, hospital administration, and procurement departments

·       Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies

·       Grow and maintain existing accounts (hospitals, specialized medical centers, university hospitals)

·       Collaborate with Clinical Specialists, Marketing, and Service teams

·       Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM management (Salesforce), and pipeline reporting

·       Represent Echosens at congresses, workshops, trade shows, and field events

·       Support product installations and user training (in collaboration with Clinical Application Specialist)

Preferred experience

You should have 3 years of experience ideally for a medical device sales, with a sales success in capital equipment or diagnostic technologies.

Academically, you have a bachelor’s degree in: Medical Technology/ Health Sciences/ Business Administration/ Life Sciences or equivalent professional experience. Medical sales certifications are a plus.

To take up this exciting challenge, you have excellent communication skills to interact daily with customers. You have a strong contract negotiation experience and strong consultative selling abilities. You also possess an ability to manage long sales cycles (clinic sales) and short cycles (private practices).

You have technical aptitude for medical equipment (installation context, troubleshooting, workflow understanding).

Self-motivated, proactive and problem-solving mindset, you have an ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Technical Environment:

You are fluent in German. You also have good English skills for documentation, and communication with HQ. You are proficient in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce). You are proficient in MS Office/Teams/Outlook.

You have a valid driving license (a company car is included in the salary package). You will be home-based and must

be able to travel nationally. High travel requirement within assigned region (60–80%).

Nice to have:

-        A background in ultrasound, hepatology, GI diagnostics, or non-invasive imaging

-        An experience in reimbursement-driven selling

-        An existing network of clinical decision-makers in GI/IM
