As a leader of autonomous vehicle solutions for airports and industrial sites, TractEasy is successfully and rapidly scaling its business. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our product team and take ownership of one of our autonomous vehicle platforms from our growing portfolio of products.

As part of TractEasy - the leading provider of autonomous vehicles for aviation and industrial applications - you will play a key role in the roll-out of autonomous vehicles in real-life Level 4 applications. This role is based in our European headquarters in Berlin.

Mission

As Product Manager you will be responsible for the development and lifecycle of one of TractEasy’s leading autonomous vehicle platforms. You will interact directly with TractEasy’s technology partners to ensure the continuous improvement of the product to ensure sustained customer satisfaction and sustainable sales growth. You will report to and work closely with the TractEasy Product Manager.

Activities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying product needs based on feedback from customers, operations and sales, and market research

• Defining and prioritising new software and hardware features for development

• Leading our technology partners in the implementation of the product roadmap, ensuring the successful development of the necessary features

• Supporting the TractEasy operations teams to ensure the successful and efficient deployment of the product, and collecting their feedback to feed into the product roadmap

• Working closely with the sales team to provide them with technical support to facilitate the sale of successful projects and to deepen your understanding of the market

• Acting as product evangelist and working with the communications team to promote the product externally to accelerate product adoption

• Supporting the TractEasy Product Manager with overarching topics relating to product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in the Mechanical, Automotive or Robotics Engineering or similar fields

• Previous experience in managing projects, products or programmes

• Experience in automotive, robotics, logistics or other sectors, combining software and hardware

• The ability to lead and manage projects

• Good presentation and communication skills

• The ability to think clearly and strategically in a fast-paced environment

• A good team player, effective at working across teams based around the world

• Business fluent (written and spoken) English

• German or French is a plus

• Valid class B vehicle driving license
