Our Tracking Product Owner is evolving within EasyMile and we are looking for someone to take over.

You will join a team of 80 R&D engineers at the cutting edge of autonomous navigation technology and represent our Tracking and Motion Planning teams into our company agile process.

Your future responsibilities :

1. Propose and run long term roadmap of Tracking and Motion Planning components inside EasyMile autonomous stack in line with EasyMile strategy, marketing vision and technologies state of the art.

2. Organize dedicated workshop to align stakeholders on roadmap definition (ie : story mapping, backlog grooming, event storming)

3 - Run the product backlog in Agile sprints:

• Refine Users stories (description, needs, acceptance criteria)

• Prioritize the backlog maximizing the technical roadmap

• Lead workload estimation ceremonies with the team

• Define sprint goals and align team on achieve these goals

• Validate User Stories

• Organize sprint reviews and product demonstration

4 - Support:

• Qualify new demands from stakeholders

• Write release note and ensure production of functional documentation

We are looking for

• Experienced in similar role

• Agile methodologies : Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP

• Experienced in embedded software development and integration

• Good Leadership, customer vision, rigor and method, pragmatism, sense of communication and compromise, reactivity, curiosity.

• Fluent in French & English

Desirable:

• PhD or Master in Robotics or Computer Science

• Test first methodologies : BDD, TDD/ATDD

• Scaled Agile framework : SoS, LeSS, Safe, Spotify or equivalent

• Experience in autonomous vehicle technologies, especially perception based on lidar, camera and radar, Object tracking, data fusion.

• Automotive, public transportation

• 30 minutes call with the recruitment team

• Meeting with the team, technical tests 

• One hour interview with the manager and the recruitment manager
