Your roleAs a Team Captain with a strong focus on supporting people, you’ll thrive in our cloud-native environment using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js, while leveraging a rich toolbox of technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. You’ll collaborate closely with highly skilled engineers, embracing practices like pair programming to build software end-to-end—from debugging and testing to deployment and optimization.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of experience developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong academic background in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of core Web APIs, HTML, and CSS
• Excellent knowledge of React and modern front-end development practices
• A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Proven track record as a People Lead, not just a Tech Lead—emphasizing mentoring, coaching, performance management, and career development
• 2 years of hands-on mentoring experience, supporting team members in their growth and performance
• Empathetic and supportive personality, passionate about feedback culture and knowledge sharing
• Comfortable working in agile teams, with a collaborative and iterative approach

Compensation

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range — starting from 16.500 PLN gross per month.
