The Extensions Project Manager works directly with the members of the extensions team as well as several Dynatrace departments to help the team in day-to-day activities. He/she represents Dynatrace as knowledgeable in the practice of application performance management, providing customers and colleagues with the best practice project management activities.
The project manager will ensure that projects are created, tracked and delivered on time. Projects will include paid for custom work, R&D and tooling projects.
The role includes prioritization of projects to ensure timely delivery. Tracking of any delays or changes within the project life cycle. This includes delays at the customer end and projects put on hold.
Once projects have been delivered, the project manager will ensure that the timesheets have been completed and that JIRA tickets are closed.
