Your role at Dynatrace
Dynatrace is looking for a motivated student or recent graduate from a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline to join our Partner Marketing team as part of our summer internship program, based in our Maidenhead office.
We are seeking an Intern who is currently in Year 2 or above of their studies, or who has recently completed their degree and is looking to gain practical work experience. This is a full-time, paid internship and an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global B2B technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of partner marketing campaigns across digital, social, and event‑based channels. This includes assisting with content coordination, campaign timelines, and partner communications to help bring campaigns to life.
- Partner Liaison: Attending and supporting calls with strategic partners, building relationships with marketing contacts and supporting campaigns/programs as appropriate.
- Event Co-ordination: Assist with the coordination and delivery of partner events and webinars, including scheduling, speaker support, attendee communications, and post‑event follow‑up. Gain hands‑on experience supporting both virtual and in‑person events.
- Performance Tracking: Help monitor and report on the performance of partner marketing activities, using data and reporting tools to track engagement and results. Contribute insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement of campaigns and programs.
- Marketing Ops Support: Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the Partner Marketing team, including meeting coordination and calendar management, execution of communications, report generation, and basic data management to ensure programs run smoothly and efficiently.
What will help you succeed
- Currently working towards, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- An interest in marketing and/or the technology industry, with a desire to gain hands‑on experience and explore a future career in this space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, in a fast paced environment
- Based locally to our Maidenhead, UK office and able to work from the office four days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
Some relevant work experience (0–1 years) through internships, placements, part‑time roles, or university projects
An interest in pursuing a future career in marketing, communications, business, or the wider technology industry

Compensation and Rewards
We offer a yearly gross salary of £ 28 000 for University students.
