Doriane mission is to ensure digital and organizational transformations for the actors of innovations in agronomy, via its software suite.

We work with cooperatives, seed companies, agro-food brands, technical institutes and biosolution producers.

Your role is to drive multiple projects, strategy and operations, leading agriculture transition through data. Your mission is to ensure that change is happening and value is proven.

• Be a facilitator, constantly looking for solutions and improvements.

• Directly manage the delivery, implementation and success of our customers projects, with cross-functional support from internal teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering & Sales).

• Lead in different stages of the project lifecycle (initial audit, project methodology, business case development, etc.).

• Feed customer and market insights back to the rest of the company, to help design the next generation of Doriane products.

• Lead international collaborative projects, publicly funded, to develop new solutions based on data science.

• Think critically about engagement practice processes and strategic frameworks, drive continuous improvement.

• You have a true interest in agronomy topics. A background in agronomy would be very appreciated.

• You have a significant experience in a consulting company or a similar experience in a SaaS software company.

• You have an excellent level in English.

• Having an interest in working with people from all over the world, as most of our activity is made outside France.

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex implementation and collaborative projects.
