Since our creation in 2007, we have set the ambition to become one of the main players in Adtech in Europe by continuously innovating on how to boost Advertisers’ campaign performance when facing lead generation budgets.

Our formula? We provide a paid marketing technology, « Dolead Performance », generating ready-to-sell leads on a performance basis and at scale. This unique cutting edge technology boost advertisers’ growth while controlling their acquisition costs. Our secret ingredients? 10 years of “poc and scale” and “data wins arguments” relaying on a strong R&D Lab.

Our technology has attracted both our customers and our investors. Used each month by more than 350 customers and awarded by our technical partners (Google Adwords, Bing Ads etc.), we raised $15 million in June 2018.

Encouraged by this confidence, our adventure is now becoming international. We opened in 2019 a US office in Boston and will continue our development in Europe, especially in Paris, Madrid, Milan and London. We are currently a team of 60 people and we are expecting to welcome 20 additional talents in the next 6 months.

Job description

Do you have experience leading a team in Europe, Do you have Product knowledge? Dolead is seeking a talented and highly motivated Leader to manage their Marketing Operations Team.

You will be a natural leader who is able to work well under pressure, to tight deadlines and with competing priorities. You will need the ability to multi-task whilst not losing any attention to detail. You must enjoy the challenge of managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, utilizing excellent communication skills. You have a passion for online advertising and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

This role reports to Dolead Director of Product & Marketing Operations based in Paris

Preferred experience

Key Responsibilities

Leading the Marketing Operations Team.
Building a deep understanding of Dolead existing and new businesses and how they are bootstrapping the Lead marketplace
Partner with Engineering & Product to develop a scalable platform to run Dolead businesses.
Partner with cross functional leaders to define the User experience, technology stacks and business models that maximize user satisfaction and ROI.
Accountability for business goals. Drive and contribute to detailed business reviews and reports
Management responsibility over the Marketing teams that are part of the Product and Marketing Ops Organisation
Constantly partner with the Sales, Paid Performance teams to prioritize actions, and features.
Empower people to be their best at

Skills & Background :

Familiarity with A/B testing or other multivariate testing.
Previous involvement with high traffic (50,000+ visitors per day), preferably E-commerce sites.
Knowledge and experience in conversion optimisation, digital marketing, UX design and/or consumer psychology..
Fluent or English Native


3+ years professional (or comparable) Product experience in B2C environment drive by conversion (Travel, ecommerce industries)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences
A passion for problem solving with strong analytical capabilities
Experience with BI platforms, e.g. Looker, Tableau, Adobe or Google Analytics


Programming experience in Python
Experience in Adwords or Facebook Ads
Experience with SQL and relational databases
