The position

Job description

At Dolead, finance isn’t just about numbers. It’s about helping a scale-up make the right decisions, faster. As our first dedicated FP&A Analyst, you won’t just crunch spreadsheets: you’ll shape the way we forecast, invest, and grow.

We’re looking for someone who knows what it means to own projects and manage resources — ideally fresh out of your Senior year in Big 4, or with prior FP&A experience in a fast-moving startup/scale-up environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis for the group
  • Provide insights that improve profitability across departments
  • Maintain strong financial controls and support audits
  • Partner with the CFO to guide decision-making at executive level

Who you are:

  • Recently a Senior in Big 4 (Audit, Transaction Services, Advisory…) or already an FP&A Analyst in a scale-up
  • Fully bilingual English / French
  • Able to work 2 days per week onsite in Paris, Opéra
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to influence strategy beyond the numbers

Preferred experience

  • 4+ years experience in progressively responsible financial roles (FP&A Analyst, Financial Controller or External Auditor). Previous experience in a Big Four Company as External Auditor is highly desirable.

  • Previous involvement in audits and interactions with external auditors is a plus.

  • Master of Science in Finance, or Engineering

  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating financial data into actionable insights.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP systems would be a strong advantage.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

  • Adaptability and a commitment to staying up to date with changes.

  • Demonstrated success working in a virtual/hybrid environment and being able to be onsite as needed.

  • Fluent level of both French & English
