Join Dolead, a global leader in lead generation, as a Customer Success Manager for North America. In this hands-on, senior individual contributor role, you will own senior client relationships, create quarterly success plans, track the sales funnel, accelerate onboarding, run business reviews, and manage risk. You should have 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, a sales-driven mindset, and be comfortable working with numbers and funnel analytics.
